It has recently introduced a new series of Servo Voltage Regulators with latest micro-controller based technology to upgrade and ensure higher accuracy reliability and hassle free maintenance.
SCVR 's are simple high speed electromical device that provides accurate constant A.C. output.
Basic electrical block diagram of SCVR has been shown in figure-1. SCVR consists of variable auto transfomer, buck-boost transfomer and servo motor Along with control circuit. Servo motor plays vital role to control desire output voltage, it will work as per control signal given by electronic circuit. Hence Micro controller based electronic circuit will enhance accuracy and reliability.
It has SCVR for both single and three phase load in three phase supply condition.SCVR are availabel in two different configurations.
In balance type SCVR a single three phase auto transformer will control output voltge. it means in case of any unbalance in input voltage supply, it will reflect same into output voltage.
In unbalance type SCVR, three separate auto transformer will control individual phase. thus it will give balance output inrespective of input supply condition.
